1. Initial payment:

When you book our services, you will be asked to make an initial payment, which is usually 20% of the total amount agreed. This initial payment reserves our services for you.

2. Provision of the Service:

After making the initial payment, our team will get to work providing the agreed service, be it training, financial models or financial management consulting.

3. Evaluation of the Service:

You will have time to review the service provided and to let us know if you have any questions or ask for further explanation. Your satisfaction is our priority.

4. Final payment:

If you are satisfied with the service provided, you will have to pay the 80% of the total amount agreed. This final payment is due once you are completely satisfied with the service.

5. Dissatisfaction:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service after reviewing and discussing with our team, you can let us know within the specified time.

6. Refund:

In case of dissatisfaction and notification within the specified period, we will refund in full the initial payment you made, no questions asked. We want to make sure you're happy with your experience with Wizard CFO.

7. Legal disputes:

Please note that use of the service after a refund may result in legal disputes. You waive any future claims against Wizard CFO with respect to the service in question after a refund has been made in the event of dissatisfaction.
